Atiora Company Background. Ultimate Review !
Founded in 2015 Atiora is a truly multi-national business. Currently employing around 50 people from across the globe, they are registered in the Seychelles as an International Business Company. They fall under the jurisdiction of the SIBA – Seychelles International Business Authority who regulate all financial services conducted from the islands. While operations are carried out offshore the company originates from the Czech Republic. At time of writing they offer trading platforms over sixty exchanges alongside CFD’s and precious metal trading.
Unique Features Of Trading With Atiora Forex Broker
This Atiora may not do much unique but they certainly try their hardest to attract new clients. As a young company trying to make waves in a crowded marketplace they are certainly working along the right lines. They offer a number of demonstration options so that potential clients can try out the software and get a taste for manual or automatic Forex trading. Perhaps most interesting at all they don’t draw much commission on most trades.
Our review finds that Atiora website advertises three account types which vary enormously in quality. Account qualification depends upon the initial deposit. With the ‘Classic’ account it’s possible to start trading with just $1, but the leverage and pip spread really doesn’t make it worthwhile for anything other than just trying out the Atiora program. Then there’s the much superior ECN STD ($100 deposit) and the even better ECN PRO ($200) that offer much more precise control over trading.
Any serious investor would realistically need to consider investing with a minimum of $100 to make this Forex trading platform worth the effort. Yet it’s a positive that they do allow for novice or very cautious traders to test their services before committing a larger sum. Overall it’s a pretty well-tiered system although the jump from $1 minimum to $100 may be a little steep for casual hand-traders.
Spreads & Leverage
Our review observes that Atiora compares quite favorably in regards to the value to be found within the spreads and leverage. The floating spreads on offer do highlight the difference in quality between the account styles. 2.5 pips for a Classic account, compared to between 1.2-1.0 pips for the ECN STD & PRO respectively. The Classic account is pretty poor value but then it’s designed to be for the curious and the cautious, whereas the more exclusive tiers offer pretty tight spreads. Sure there may be better value out there but there’s nothing intrinsically flawed about the Atiora system. It represents pretty sold value for a casual trader but may not be ideal for those working with larger volumes of capital.
As for leverage – Atiora account again compares well as a middle of the road option. The maximum leverage offered is 1:200 – pretty impressive for general trading yet there are a variety of other Forex brokers who offer much higher. This isn’t necessarily a negative aspect. Again Atiora markets itself towards being an accessible everyday service that isn’t going to offer 1:500 due to the inherent risks involved. That kind of leverage makes it much too easy to loose everything, which obviously is bad for business!
Platforms Offered by Atiora Website
Clearly, the brains behind the Atiora system have placed a considerable amount of effort into ensuring that their services are available on a variety of devices. MetaTrader 4 (MT4) is used as the basic platform thanks to it’s easy portability between devices and they couldn’t have chosen any better. It’s suitably fast, sleek and reliable across mobile, PC and web-based versions allowing users to check on their investments anytime anyplace.
MT 4 also suits the global vision that Atiora put such great effort into trying to foster – the software keeps track of markets around the globe at any time of day. MQL5 provides the trading signals – again a sensible choice that isn’t going to baffle newcomers and is a reliable stalwart for more experienced traders.
Deposits & Withdrawals
There’s no better way of calling out a scam than seeing how the company handles their withdrawals! The good news is that by and large Atiora handles transactions with it’s clients very well. Credit cards are likely the easiest means of conducting transactions yet there’s also a variety of online payment options as well as good old fashioned bank transfers. Usually there’s no commission charged, yet transaction time will vary depending upon the method employed. You don’t get the sense that Atiora Broker are in any way obstructive with their financial transactions – it’s just sometimes certain methods take longer than others.
Most user feedback regarding this aspect of the Atiora operation is generally positive; although it’s worth noting that there have been occasional issues where delays have been exceptionally long. These incidents have been isolated and it’s fair enough to grant the benefit of the doubt for now – after all, it’s a young company still finding it’s feet, and occasional administrative issues will likely arise. The major positive is that despite much scouring there’s NO reports that clients have been unable to access their funds upon request. Our Atiora does pay out – and that alone eliminates pretty much any risk of this being a scam operation.
Bonus & Promotion by Atiora.com
The sentiment shared by experienced users of the Atiora Forex Broker regarding their promotions and competitions are mixed. Naturally Atiora is keen to attract as many new sign ups as possible – and offer a very competitive 50% sign up bonus for new members. That’s a very handsome offer that once traded can be withdrawn just like any other funds. For some traders it might sound a little too much like a casino sign up bonus, but the fact is that the offer is still in place. It should be pointed out that to earn the bonus the option must be selected upon registration (some users report not receiving the credit – this is likely why).
As for Atiora Trading Contests there’s plenty for those so inclined. Chasing Mavericks ($2500 prize) and Scalpers ($1000) offer a healthy edge of competition with relatively appealing prizes given the comparatively small size of the operation. At time of writing there’s no indication of any issues with these tournaments, however it is worth noting that participation requires a minimum deposit of $100. That’s not unreasonable especially considering that this is the minimum level of investment capital to use the service most effectively.
Beginner Support from Atiora
Anyone completely new to Forex trading should always do their own research into learning the basic principles behind how the markets work. It may appear straightforward at first glance however it’s anything but, and the best way to this is independent of any broker.
That being said the Atiora Forex Broker service does offer plenty of useful options when introducing it’s service to prospective new traders. It’s highly recommended that people try out the 100% free and legitimate demo software to understand how the trading system works. Likewise across the site there’s plenty of general information available yet it does assume a level of working knowledge on the part of the trader.
In terms of general support Atiora performs well. They offer responsive telephone, call back and 24 hour online live chat support for any issues clients might run into. None of these are offered by any scam operation.
Is Atiora Forex Broker A Scam?
While reviewing any relatively new Forex Broker this is an unfortunate question that regardless must always be answered fairly. In this case, the good news is that there’s no indication that this is a scam service. Our review can base this on three key principles:
1) The company is registered, traceable and responsive to inquiries.
2) Withdrawals can – in most cases – be conducted without any issues.
3) Atiora does deliver on it’s bonuses & competitions when these are used correctly.
Review Conclusion : Atiora is not a scam !
I’m happy to say in our Atiora Review that it is a legit business, and wouldn’t suggest any doubts over this being a reason why anyone might choose to stay away from the company. However, that’s not to say there aren’t a few improvements that have yet to be made. While Atiora Broker advertises itself as accepting new accounts with deposits as low as a dollar, the fact is that to have any realistic chance of successfully trading you’ll need $100 minimum. I have a hunch that quite a few novice traders may have invested less than this amount and been wiped out pretty quick. That’s not necessarily Atiora’s fault – they do assume prior knowledge – but perhaps a more generous ‘Classic Premium’ tier wouldn’t go amiss.
Other than this gripe and a few technical issues mentioned in our review , this is otherwise a very solid, smart Forex Trader which may very well be heading towards big things.
